The telepathy

So, we are traveling with the husband in the car. The radio is off.

Suddenly, the husband is asking:

-What the name of that song?

-What song?

-Well, the song! – And he waves vaguely in the air with the hand.

I answered immediately, without any hesitation:
-Do you mean "I'd do anything for love" by Meatloaf?
The husband:
-Yes, this song!

What was that? Some kind of telepathy?
