The EBW August Challenge

So, I decided to take part of August Challenge.

Most of the time took up with an idea that fits the concept:, something Hollywoodish and glamour.

I've almost given up on participating in this challenge, and then suddenly I had an idea.

When I opened the page of adding a new item on Etsy, I still thought about name style "Silver Drops," "Tears of the Night" and etc'.

Then the name came up: Film Noir, classic movies, black and white style, with beautiful, sophisticated women and fearless men.

Itai's Breaking News

Last week one of the country's main channels broadcasted a reportage about Itai.

After broadcasting, people began to recognize Itai's parents on the streets, approach to them and wish them that Itai will get better.

Please, Help us!

Dear friends, I ask you to help.

This is my nephew Itai Levy, son of my brother-in-low.

Itai and his twin brother Yuval were born prematurely, after 26 weeks of pregnancy (six months). One of them weighed 700 grams, and the second - 800. It is even smaller than sugar sachets!
At the time they were born they haven't developed lungs yet and they were unable to breathe by themselves.


After six months in pediatric intensive care unit Yuval died, and Itai managed to survive. He is now two years and eight months old and during this time he went through countless procedures and operations.




He is a wonderful kid, but, unfortunately, Itai cannot breathe by himself. In order to be able to live, an artificial pipe was placed in his throat which is called "Trachea." Because of it Itai cannot eat or talk, or go to the kindergarten, or play with other children. During the last holiday of Pesach (Passover), he accidentally pulled out this pipe and almost died. That's why he needs to be constantly, 24 hours a day, with adults who can perform resuscitation. Itai does not eat solid food or speak properly.


He is a wonderful, happy and inquisitive child, and a best friend of my youngest daughter.

There is an operation that could help him, but it costs about 200 thousand dollars and takes place only in Cincinnati, US. Even if Itai's parents will sell their apartment, we will not have enough money for the operation and hospitalization in the hospital (after this operation, Itai must be under anesthesia for almost three weeks).

Просьба о помощи

Уважаемые друзья, прошу у Вас помощи.
Это - мой племянник Итай Леви, сын брата мужа.

Итай со своим братом-близнецом Ювалем родились на 26-ой неделе беременности(шестом месяце), недоношенными.Один весил 700 грам, а второй - 800.Это даже меньше пачки сахара! У них не были развиты легкие и они не могли самостоятельно дышать.После полугода борьбы в детской реанимации скончался Юваль, а Итаю удалось выжить.Сейчас ему два года и восемь месяцев  и за это время он перенес бесчисленное число процедур и операций.Он замечательный малыш, но ,к сожалению, Итаи не может самостоятельно дышать.Для того, чтобы он мог жить, у него в горле стоит трубка, называемая "канола".Из за нее малыш не может есть или говорить,ходить в садик или общаться с другими детьми.Во время последнего праздника Песах(Пасхи) он случайно выдернул себе трубку и чуть не погиб.С ним должны постоянно, 24 часа в сутки, находиться взрослые, которые умеют оказывать первую помощь.Он не может есть твердую пищу или нормально говорить.Он замечательный, веселый и любопытный ребенок, лучший друг моей младшенькой дочки

Есть операция, которая может ему помочь, но она стоит около 200 тысяч долларов и проводиться только в США, в городе Синсиннати.Даже если родители Итая продадут квартиру и вся семья сложиться, нам не хватит средств на операцию и проживание при госпитале (после этой операции Итай должен будет находиться под наркозом около трех недель).


Пожалуйста, помогите нам, помогите Итаю дышать!
